MCA: It’s Implementation Based on Teachers’ Perspective

Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) is one of Indonesia's newest National instruments for students' literacy and numeracy competencies. In policy implementation, the teacher spearhead in preparing students AKM. This study aims to analyze teacher's perspective dealing with phenomenon studied through phenomenological-type qualitative research. Data collection was carried out semi-structured interviews. The participants this were fifth-grade elementary school teachers. A total 11 recruited voluntarily. Qualitative data analysis using Bodgan Biklen model, reduction, presentation, conclusion. results show that teachers' confusion MCA caused by; first, understanding AKM still needs be improved seems partial. Second, ability unpreparedness terms skills working on computer-based problems. Third, condition facilities infrastructure schools improved. implementation AKM, teachers are faced problems originating from aspects teachers, infrastructure.
